I didn't stay at the rooms and the restaurant was unfortunately closed which I heard amazing things about. But the pontoon rental was amazing! The staff was nice and the clerk at the dock for aid/gas was always there and very helpful. This place is beautiful for cruising the rivers surrounding!

Amazing staff and fantastic views! I've never been greeted so warmly, and the room was basically a one bedroom apartment. You literally get your own back porch with benches and chairs overlooking the river, and there's even grills and picnic tables outside you can use. The kitchenette was new and clean and we were able to cook a pizza and relax. The pool is great and the atmosphere was peaceful. This is a very nice secluded getaway that's quiet at night and still within reasonable driving distance of town and Blue Springs State Park.

Awesome customer service and the entire property is very well maintained including the rooms. Barbara and the entire staff including housekeeping and bock hands were very friendly and accommodating. This place is awesome! We had such a good time here. The property and rooms are immaculate. We rented a pontoon boat and went to Blue Springs for the day, Christopher was so helpful with his directions and assistance with the boat. Nancy was so accommodating in house keeping. The icing on the cake was meeting the voice behind the phone, Mari Lu, she is just as sweet in person (maybe even sweeter) as she is on the phone. Then we met Carol, WOW, these ladies rock customer service. We ended up staying an extra night we had such a good time. We will be back that is for sure!

When I first step foot upon this land a sudden worker came and gave me the best tour I could ask for. The name of this nice gentleman was Gavaughn he showed me the beautiful hotels and also how to tie a knot to a boat. Gave me the best advice on what boat to rent and which ways were best to adventure on. I would 100% recommend you get this employee to show you the ropes. His knowledge on the land and sea got me excited for my new adventure.

First, I want like to thank the reservation staff for being so patient with us, as we had to reschedule twice for a day out on a pontoon boat. The dock staff was very thorough in the orientation and the boat was beautiful. Brand new, very roomy and comfortable for the entire family. The weather co-operated and we all very much enjoyed our day. Thank you.

We loved this place! Nice, scenic drive in and it was so beautiful and relaxing there! We loved the pool and eating breakfast on the water. Even the basic room was cozy and perfect! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful; the front desk staff and the lady chefs at the deli! We can't wait to go back.
